Yakuza: Like A Dragon: The True Ultimate Guide to the Enemies of the Millennium Tower (Etage für Etage) (1)

This guide describes each floor of the True Final Millennium Tower and how to deal with the enemies present on each floor. If you need help preparing for this challenge, you can followour guide to preparing for the Millennium Tower True Finale. Let's dive!

Piso 1

2x Lvl 99 Subjugation-kun (weak to electric)

These guys are a good indicator of how enjoyable your career is going to be. If you fight with them a lot, you probably aren't prepared enough and you definitely need to put in a little more effort. Fulminating Forecast is a great way to keep damaging them and causing paralysis. You can taunt the whole team, so it's recommended to equip Comedy Masquerade (or other items that protect against status ailments, like the Soul Shield Bracer) as an accessory in your loadout. Use moves that deal damage to all enemies. Orbital Laser, Electromagnetic Storm, and Withering Prediction should handle these types fairly well.

Piso 2

Dragon King Lvl 99 (weak to water)

It's in a side room, you can avoid it completely. It's weak to water movement, so use any party member that deals a good amount of water damage. I don't advise fighting him, it's a waste of HP and MP.

Lvl 99 Master Six (Weak to Physical) and Lvl 99 Grand Slammer (Weak to Blade and Electric)

This is a tricky fight. Not only can the Grand Slammer critically hit anyone with 1400-1500 HP, but the Master Six increases its damage even further. He can also put his entire party to sleep, making everyone easy prey. Suggested accessories are motivational headbands for your high agility party members and/or your healers to ensure they don't fall asleep. It's best to eliminate the Master Six first as soon as possible. If you choose Joon-gi, his Fulminating Forecast can cripple the Grand Slammer and make it easier for you to defeat the Master Six. Cast Peerless Resolve on Ichi's turn and keep your party fully healed. Once the Master Six is down, keep the Grand Slammer paralyzed and use Electric or Blade attacks to take him out.

Lvl 99 Scarredface (weak to sword) and Lvl 99 Chinese Mafia Officer (weak to guns and electricity)

(Video) Yakuza: Like a Dragon - Sotenbori Battle Arena Walkthrough

As always, Joon-gi's Lightning Forecast is a good opening move. This has a high chance of paralyzing the Chinese mafia officer. He takes a lot of damage from electric moves, so take him out first. Paralysis Prongs does an incredible amount of damage to him. When he's out of the way, target Scar with blade movements.

Level 85 Saejima (weak to water)

Absolute tank that he is, he can and probably will knock someone out with a shoulder attack. Even worse if he manages to meet two people. Cast Peerless Resolve as quickly as possible and flood him with water moves like Ice Spreader. Don't even bother using physical movements or blade movements, he will defy everyone. The withered prognosis can still harm you. It is recommended to have Saeko, Joon-gi, and Zhao as a team against him (his members may vary depending on what duties he has with each member). Just don't bring someone with physical movements as a core set.

Piso 3

Lvl 99 Ironclad Chef (weak to Body and Water) and Lvl 99 Flash Mobber (weak to Fire and Water)

Both can be paralyzed and both take decent damage from the Fulminating Forecast. It's recommended to alternate this with water moves that deal damage to all enemies. Your guys shouldn't be a big problem.

Lvl 99 Juggle-O (weak to fire) and Lvl 99 Maneating Loan Shark (weak to water)

This can be a tricky fight. Both deal a lot of damage and don't share a common weakness. Note that electric moves can deal a decent amount of damage to Juggle-O, but using fire is better. Managing the loan shark can cause a lot of mental illness, so keep these mental supplements handy. A brainwashed ally will attack party members, and you don't want that. Juggle-O will try to inflict various status ailments, but Saeko, Joon-gi, and Zhao were pretty resistant to everything it revealed, so it shouldn't be a problem. But if he manages to inflict a status ailment, take care of it with an item as soon as possible.

Level 99 Scarred Yakuza (weak to Blade and Water) and Level 99 Undertaker (weak to Electric)

IMPORTANT: YOU CAN SKIP THIS FIGHT

From the room where you fought Juggle-O and Loan Shark, enter the next room and immediately hug the right wall and run with it to the other side. If you do it right, enemies will spot you but won't be able to stop you. Immediately go through the doors on the other side to start the fight in the next room. This is important as it can save time and resources.

If somehow you can't skip this fight, know that the Scarred Yakuza can summon a minion. Use Withering Forecast to keep Undertaker paralyzed and deal a ton of damage to him. The Yakuza minion is pretty weak, around level 55. He will die pretty quickly if you focus on him. Once they're out of the way, take out the Scarred Yakuza with blade and water moves.

Level 99 Forsaken Samurai (Weak to Electrical) and 2x Unnamed Level 99 (Weak to Physical and Electrical)

Withering prediction spam. That's pretty much it. The orbital laser also deals a large amount of damage to them. Electromagnetic Storm a very good third option. Go all out in this fight as there is a healing point right after this fight.

Piso 4

Lvl 99 Urbane Legend (weak to Electricity and Water) and Lvl 99 Emperor of Funk (weak to Sword, Water and Fire)

Electric deals very little damage to Emperor of Funk, but deals a lot of damage to Urbane Legend. Urbano hits harder than the Emperor, but the Emperor hits more often, so both are dangerous. Water moves that deal damage to all enemies, like Essence of Champagne Wave, are great for this fight. Urbane is softer, so take him out first and then focus on the Emperor.

Lvl 99 Edison of Anarchy (Weak to Blade and Electric) and 2x Lvl 99 Tinkersman (Weak to Blade and Electric)

These guys are easily paralyzed. When they resist or attack by paralyzing, they mostly perform status-causing moves like Cryogenerator and Heat Wave, which cause Cold and Burn respectively. Electric moves that deal damage to all enemies should do the trick for this fight.

Maximum level 85

It's weak to fire and can take decent damage from electric moves. Use your fire-focused characters to put it down. Be careful with his movements in Hannya mode, they can do quite a bit of damage. This fight doesn't have much to offer since he's a lower level than you, so play it slowly.

Piso 5

Level 99 Dr. Black (Weak to Physical and Electric) and 22x Lvl 99 Invulnera Billboard (Weak to Electric)

The best way to do this is to use multiple electric moves that deal damage to the opponent. Note that dr. Black cannot be paralyzed, but Invulnera billboards can. Enchant and/or paralyze them and focus Dr. Black until he dies, then obliterate it with Fulminating Forecasts and Orbital Lasers.

Lvl 99 Bohemiarch (weak to Physical, Sword and Fire), Lvl 99 Biker Vanguard (weak to Sword, Water and Electric) and Lvl 99 Bedeviler (weak to Sword and Water)

Eri's phone nunchaku move works really well in this fight. Bohemiarch has that pesky self-healing ability that brings him back to full health, but otherwise he's not much of a threat. Bedeviler has an attack called Lethal Curse that has a chance to knock someone out in one hit, so try to protect it perfectly. The Biker Vanguard hits surprisingly hard, so aim for him first and get rid of him as quickly as possible, then grab the Bedeviler and take your time with the Bohemiarch.

Ultimate Champion Lvl 99 (weak to Sword and Water) and Ghillie Man Lvl 99 (weak to Fire and Electricity)

This fight got me stuck for a while and destroyed my career twice. The ultimate champion's rising corkscrew can shoot anyone. And since they don't share any weaknesses, it's difficult to deal consistent damage. Start Peerless Resolve as soon as possible and try to get rid of the Ghillie Man as quickly as possible. Perfect Saving all your recordings saves you having to take just one picture. Once he's down, take down the ultimate champion. Just be careful with the Ascending Corkscrew move and keep everyone fully healed for as long as possible.

Go to the top of this floor

Lvl 99 Porngra Pharaoh (Weak to Electrical) and Lvl 99 Welraiser (Weak to Physical and Electrical)

Both are weak to electricity, so make an effort with damning predictions and other abilities. Welraiser doesn't seem to freeze, but Porngra-Pharaoh does. Use this to focus on the Welraiser type, then take out Pharaoh. Don't go easy on these guys, there's a heal point right behind them.

Lvl 89 Tendo (weak to electric)

He's back, and this time he's a lot tougher. This is the strongest version of Tendo in the game, but I expect you to be very strong as well. Just move it slowly and make sure Peerless Resolve starts all the time. Go as hard as you can as there is a heal point on the next floor before the next fight. You can also visit the one just before Tendo.

Piso 6

Use the healing point if you must.

Lvl 89 Kiryu Kazuma (weak to water)

Have Saeko and Eri on your team. My third member was Zhao because of his movements in the water. Weaken him further until his attacks stop dealing damage. Once you get to that point, use your moves to buff/heal yourself if needed. I advise to only use healing and protection skills. Every time he changes style he uses a move, so use that to your advantage. You can make this fight really easy if you can lower his health by a quarter of the bar between styles and still force him to use his moves to switch styles. Don't be afraid to use MP, you can use the heal point one more time on this floor before going to the final boss.

last step

the last boss

Lvl 99 Amon (weak to Body, Sword, Water, Electricity and Weapons)

Don't be fooled just because he has many weaknesses, he is the strongest opponent in the entire tower. It can perform a variety of abilities, including Essence of Orbital Laser, and has a much more devastating effect on your party than you do on them. Start Peerless Resolve as soon as possible. There's no point in attacking him with normal moves. Always use unlockable skills on him. Eri's Phone Nunchaku, Joon-gi's Phantom Drive, Zhao's Champagne Wave, Ichi's Bonecrusher are all good moves for this. When his health is just over half health, use Miracle Kimchi on everyone (except Joon-gi when he is active as he is very agile). You can remove Saeko in the first half of the fight to replace her with a damage dealer. Use Ichi's healing abilities, they are very powerful. When his health reaches half, he summons Lvl 99 Saejima, Lvl 99 Majima, and Lvl 99 Kiryu. Amon, Saejima, and Majima will attack your entire party, but not Kiryu. Kiryu will skip his turn until he's the sole survivor and his health doesn't drop below 75%. Focus on Amon, weaken him as much as possible. When Malicious Grin releases, get ready. I recommend keeping track of all characters. And if Ichi still doesn't have Unparalleled Resolve, have him cast it as soon as possible before Amon's next turn. The orbital laser will trigger when Amon moves again, and it's likely to take out at least one of your party members, if not more. Play Defense and keep Ichi alive and near full health as much as possible by casting Unparalleled Resolve when needed. Once you have everyone in your party in battle order, eliminate Amon. Be careful with your effigy movement, it's a single shot. Once he's dead, focus on Majima as he's the softest of the remaining crowd. After getting out of the way as well, he attacks Saejima. You can completely ignore Kiryu in all of this, he won't do anything. However, once Saejima is down, your focus is on Kiryu's eternal shit. When in his Dragon of Dojima style, he will cast Essence of Dragon God on your entire party, dealing massive damage to everyone. Pray he doesn't KO Ichi (he shouldn't if you still have Unparalleled Resolve, there's no reason you shouldn't have Unparalleled Resolve during this fight) and KO him with Water Attacks.

Congratulations! After defeating Kiryu, you have defeated the True Final Millennium Tower!
